Directions
For maximum absorption: The mouth should be free of food, beverage, toothpaste or other medications for at least 15 minutes prior to taking SnoreStopT. Shake vigorously before each use. Adults weighing less than 180 lbs.: Spray once under the tongue and once in the back of the throat at bedtime. adults weighing more than 180 lbs.: Spray once under the tongue and once in the back of the throat 30 minutes before bedtime and repeat at bedtime. When steady improvement is noticed, take SnoreStop Extinguisher every other day.
