This herb is the richest source of Alpha-linolenic acid (an Omega-3 fatty acid). It also contains essential Omega-6 fatty acids, beta-carotene, glycosides, mucilage, oleic acid, magnesium, zinc, potassium, protein, fiber, vitamin A, B-complex, and E.
