I purchased this after reading an article released by the British Medical Association which states that studies show 1500mg of Taurine per day for a 3 month period re-inflates the arteries, repairing all the hardening caused through years of smoking, allowing blood to flow freely once more. The repair, once achieved, is permanent. Apparently 2000mg of Vitamin C per day does the same thing but Taurine was found to be more effective!
