Very deceiving "These would be great if the company wasn't adding a bunch of other crap to them like soybean oil and hydrogenated vegetable oil. It amazes me that they can sell a natural product and then put hydrogenated oil in it. Just go do a search on hydrogenate..." -- JOHN

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 - 2 softgels 3 times a day. For external purposes, simply puncture the softgel and squeeze out the contents. Use as any fresh Aloe Vera for soothing emollient benefits. One softgel is equivalent to 1 tablespoon of fresh Aloe Vera Gel.
