As a dietary supplement, adults take amount indicated, according to body weight. For best results, take at least one half hour before meals. Amount may be reduced to a maintenance level following an 8 weeks initial dosage. Up to 150 lbs., 1 quicksorb gel 3 times daily; 150 - 200 lbs., 2 quicksorb gel 3 times daily; over 200 lbs., 3 quicksorb gel 3 times daily. If a reduction in inflammation and pain do not begin to occur within two weeks after starting Inholtra, increase your dosage by taking an additional capsule with each dose, for example, instead of taking one capsule three times a day, increase to two casules three times a day. The results of Inholtra increase over time, so it is important to continue with the product for at least eight weeks before evaluating results. May be refrigerated after opening. Do not freeze.
