Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 30 mg Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCL) 0.5 mg Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 1.5 mcg Proprietary Blend640 mg Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) (root) Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) Kava Kava (Piper methysticum) (root and standardized extract)
Other ingredients: Peppermint leaves, cinnamon, lemon grass, ginger root, licorice root, natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors, roasted chicory root and catnip leaves.
Standardization Levels: Equivalent to 60 mg of kava kava extract standardized to 30% kavalactones.

Cautions
Recommended for adults only. If you are taking prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, consult your health care provider prior to using this product. Persons with hypertension should avoid products containing Siberian (eleuthero) ginseng. Persons with allergies to the daisy family may be sensitive to chamomile. Do not combine kava kava products with alcohol. Simultaneous consumption may strengthen intoxication. Persons with gallstones should avoid ginger products. We recommend that you use no more than 4 tea bags per day.
