I injured both wrists and shoulder over a year ago at work doing data entry. I have tried many therapists with no luck, 'till I found the right therapist who taught me relaxing excersises. I came across Celestial Seasonings Sleepy Time tea and it has done wonders... I am now able to sleep all night and I feel so relaxed drinking a cup of Sleepy Time tea every night. It's helped me stay off the meds they wanted me to take for not being able to sleep (which I am so very thankful for). You really should try it... I'm telling you it works. Good Luck!

Awful
I have tried this two night in a row thinking that it would help me fall asleep. Not only did it not help me fall asleep, but it kept me awake much longer than normal. I used two tea bags with a couple teaspoons of honey. Although it didn't help me sleep, it does have a pleasent taste.

Valerian
This is a great product. Valerian has two side effects, one being it makes you tired and the other is it keeps you awake. This won't work for everyone but when it works it works.
