Directions
Take 1 tablet for mild symptoms and 2 tablets for more severe symptoms: chew or dissolve in mouth. Adults and children 12 years and older: repeat every hour as needed, to a maximum of 6 doses (12 tablets) in a 24-hour period. Stop medication when symptoms disappear. Children 2 -12: half adult dosage. Children under 2: consult a doctor.
Cautions
A cough may be a sign of a serious condition. If cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache, persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema, or if cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus), do not take this product unless directed by a doctor. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep out of the reach of children.
