Directions
Take one or two tablets two times daily on an empty stomach, with 8 oz. ofwater. For Advanced use: Take twice the dosage or use as directed by a health care professional. For immune system enhancement: swallow the tablets whole, with 8 oz. water to obtain digestion in the small intestine. For Growth factors: Chew tablets well to provide fopr maximum exposure to stomach acid. Then Swallow with a 8 oz. of water.
