Directions
Use as a dietary supplement, take by weight on an empty stomache, 30 - 45 minutes prior to bedtime or as directed by a health professional.
125 lbs. or less - 1 to 2 Caplets
125 to 220 lbs. - 2 to 3 Caplets
over 220 lbs. - 3 to 4 Caplets
Fast Results: Double the usual dosage until maximum results are obtained, then lower the dose by 1/2 caplet eachweek to achieve the lowest dose that controls snoring.
