Choose the right cuff!
Using the correct cuff size is important for an accurate reading. Measure the circumference of your upper arm at the midpoint between the shoulder and the elbow.
Medium Cuff Size: Arm Size 24 cm - 36 cm (9.4" - 14.2")
Large Cuff Size: Arm Size 36 cm - 45 cm (14.2" - 17.7")
