Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one or two capsules twice daily with water at mealtime.
Cautions
No known toxicities.
Contraindicated in pregnant and lactating women and in cases of haemorrhagic disease, hyper menorrhea and during severe flu.
Individuals with gastrointestinal disease may experience diarrhea.
