Description
The X-Men enter the next dimension when they morph onto the Nintendo Game Boy Advance this fall. Featuring multi-player capabilities, X-Men: Reign of Apocalypse is an exciting new adventure featuring over 40 trademark X-Men characters. For the first time on Game Boy Advance, two different modes provide adventurous side-scrolling fun and fighting game action. In story mode, players must fight their way through hordes of enemies, drawing on their mutant powers as they attempt to find a way out of a strange, alternate universe. As players progress through the game, they are confronted with former friends and foes from their own universe - all bent on stopping the X-Men from returning home. In versus mode, players can play head-to-head with up to four players.
X-Men Reign of Apocalypse is the first and on X-Men action/fighter game for the Game Boy Advance game system. Game play combines side scrolling fun with fighting game action. Players can take on the role of the most popular X-Men - Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm or Rogue - and go into battle using each of the character's signature moves.

Ingredients
Lost in an alternate timeline, you and your fellow X-Men discover that Apocalypse reigns supreme in a parallel world where he has complete control. Not only are you at the mercy of his minions in this mirror universe, but the line between foe and friend has been dangerously blurred. Your only hope - to fight your way through numerous enemies and threats until you reach the Warp Gate to return home. The only question - will you survive long enough to escape?

Fight as Your Favorite X-Men Characters and Others
Pick from your favorite X-Men - Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm or Rogue - as you go up against Apocalypse's minions in a battle to return to your own dimension. Join forces with friends using multiplayer game play to take on hordes of enemies together. As you progress through the game, unlock other X-Men friends and foes to battle it out in Versus mode.
Multiple Game Play Modes
X-Men: Reign of Apocalypse features a Story mode and Versus mode, providing both adventurous, side-scrolling fun and fighting game action. Versus mode supports multiplayer game play, including a Deathmatch mode and Capture the Flag mode.
Signature Moves
A simplified fighting system allows you to easily pull off devastating signature moves, drawing strength from your mutant power reserve. Each playable character unleashes special moves utilizing their specific super hero abilities.
Build Your Character
Score experience points for using brute strength and special mutant powers to overcome enemies. At the end of each level, you can use these points to improve your character statistics, such as increasing damage potential , agility and mutant power. Build the ultimate X-Man!
