Directions
Store in a cool, dry place.
One capsule with water at the beginning of each meal (or open capsule and sprinkle over food). If the meal is very large or unusually high in fat or protein, a second capsule can be taken after eating.
Note: Since enzymes deactivate at temperatures above 118 degrees Fahrenheit, don't sprinkle on food that is too hot.

Looking for a natural solution for chronic stomach aches 
I've tried medications from the doctor, but all has failed. I have chronic stomach problems, indigestion, constipation, aches and cramps, interfereing with my social life and work as well. I wanted to try a natural solution. The Pharmacist recommended Swiss Full Spectrum Activity. I've only taken 2 tablets so far, but I actually felt the food digesting after I ate...which felt so good since the food used to sit in my stomach and just ache, or cramp up. The pain went away. I still have a dull ache but I've been constipated and this morning I went to the washroom after breakfast. It wasn't uncomforatble either! I plan on taking these longer, but I could only rate it a 3 for now because I just started this product.
