Directions
Adults and children 18 years of age and over, one Tablet as oral dosage is 100 to 200mg not more often than every 3-4 hours.

The recommended dosage of this product contains about as much caffeine as 1 or 2 cups of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product. I have this strange addiction to caffeine. In the process of eliminating caffeine from my diet, I use these caffeine pills to monitor my exact daily intake. Gradually, I use less and my dependency is less. I was using Excederin pills but the Aspirin in the pills was making my stomach very upset. Thank you.
