It contains 60 vitamins, minerals and supplements, including BerryVin, B Complex Vitamins, Calcium and Iron.
Calcium helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, especially during the early years, adolescence and young adulthood. Iron helps to form and maintain red blood cells and also iron intake is inadequate in adolescents in their early growth spurt because of rapid growth and needs of expanding red cell mass. B Vitamins help maintain normal growth and development and also help form red blood cells. BerryVin represents a fruit complex and it provides 500 ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbing Capacity) units per capsule, 500 ORAC units being equal to the antioxidant capacity of 1 serving o fruit.
