I am mainland U.K. how much would it cost to ship this iron product to me and how long approx. would it take to arrive.? If I placed order I would probably pay by credit card.Also do you know of any side effects with this product,is it safe.? I have been on 600mg of ferrous sulphate for 4 mths.now.(PER.DOCTOR). Stopped as iron situation normal now. I would think about taking this as I do not wish to become iron deficient again and have reoccurance of symptons assoc.with iron def. Regards, G.Small(Miss)

I was taking it because I was slightly anemic. It does the trick but I have some concerns. I am 72, diabetic type 2 and have aortic stenosis. I take a lot of medications. Is there any interference or warnings?

Happy with product
I have been very pleased with the Time Release Iron product. My son has Crohn's and needed additional iron in his system. Iron is hard on the stomach and receiving it in a full dose can cause pain in someone with digestive difficulties. The time released iron is released slowly into the body which has been very effective. My son no longer experiences pain while taking extra iron. I'm grateful such a product exists.
