Super Timed Release Cran-Max caplets contain cranberry juice concentrate and fibre, 10 times more concentrated than pure cranberry juice, released over a 6-8 hour period. Two caplets are equivalent to one 10 ounce glass of cranberry juice. Cran-Max contains 100% cranberry solids with no added sugars, water or ascorbic acid, while cranberry juice contains only 1.7% cranberry solids. Dietary fibre assay shows 25% more dietary fibre in Cran-Max than cranberry juice. Cran-Max has three times greater free-radical-fighting activity than cranbery juice.
This formulation is unique such that pure cranberry fibre has been infused with cranberry juice concentrate. The fibre transports the active ingredients more effectively to the intestinal tract, where they are more readily absorbed and bio-available.
The New England Journal of Medicine has recently reported that studies at the Harvard Medical School have demonstrated the positive health benefits of consuming one 8 ounce glass of cranberry juice daily. Adults: Take one to two caplets daily. Two caplets are equivalent to one large 10 oz. glass of cranberry juice cocktail. Due to the dietary fibre content, Cran-Max has enhanced bioavailability. Timed Release caplets are designed to release their contents over an eight hour period.
