Studies have indicated that supplementation with fatty acids from the Omega-6 family (i.e. linoleic acid) and Omega-3-family (alphalinolenic acid) substantially improved the behaviour and cognitive abilities of children and adults with learning disorders. EFA's such as linoleic acid (LA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) must be obtained in an individual's diet. Swiss Herbal Remedies' product, FOCUS, contains both Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids from Tuna Oil and Evening Primrose Oil respectively.
