Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with meals 1-2 times daily. Refrain from taking Chitosan 4 hours before or after the ingestion of fat soluble vitamins (ie. A, D, E and K) or any medications. Not to be used by pregnant or lactating women.

Chromium (from Chelavite) - 100mcg
LipoSan ULTRA Chitosan powder - 500 mg
Other ingredients: Silica and Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable Source).
Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, milk or preservatives.
