Chromium from ChromeMate (Chromium Proteinate) - 150mcg
Niacin - 15 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCI) - 80 mg
Additional ingredients include Chickweed (25 mg), Parsley (10 mg), Kelp (10 mg), Licorice Root (10 mg), Soya Lecithin (25 mg) and Ontario Ginseng (50 mg).
