Mix 1 rounded scoop with 4-6 ounces of cold water, non-fat milk, or other beverage and mix vigorously. Consume 1-4 servings daily (depending on how much protein you want to supplement your diet with). You should see effects within 4 weeks of systematic work outs.
You can add extra protein to your daily calorie intake any time throughout the day. Mix 1-3 scoops upon rising and/or between meals, or last thing at night. 1 scoop added to 4-6 ounces of water provides 24 grams of the highest biological value protein.
