Directions
1 Scoop (45 grams) is 5000 Mg of Creatine Monohydrate
Loading Dose: add 1 scoop to 6-8 ounces of cold water or juice. Stir and serve. Consume 4 times daily for 5 days. If body weight is greater than 225 pounds, consume 1 serving 5-6 times daily for 5 days.
Maintenance Dose: Continue with 1 serving 1-2 times daily. If body weight is greater than 225 pounds, continue with 1 serving 2 times daily.
Cycling is not necessary, but can be very effective.
