ARDELL INVISI-BLEACH is safe and effective way to lighten hair to an almost invisible skin tone. It works easily and quickly in the privacy of your own home.
The ARDELL INVISI-BLEACH BLEACHING CREAM kit consists of separate tubes of bleach and bleach activator cream, a plastic spatula and mixing tray, and instructions. Mix two parts of bleach cream with one part bleach activator cream in the plastic tray. Apply the cream to unwanted hair on the face, arms, or legs. The mixture rinses off with cold water in ten minutes.
The original Surgi-Cream formula was developed over 30 years ago in the research laboratories of one of America's largest pharmaceutical houses. It has been used by hospitals and beauty salons for over 25 years. surgicreme 
In the past 10 years or more I have used surgicreme & it worked as a 5 star, but this last tube I purchased was different. It does not have the same odor, does not keep the hair off as long, etc. I was very disappointed. Making it down to a three star.
