Allergies and sensitivities
People who need this remedy are oversensitiveto stimuli and substances of many kinds, and can be extremely irritable and touchy, often feeling worse from even slight exposure to cold or drafts. Skin problems, ear infections, or respiratory problems with yellowdischarge and offensive sour or cheese-like odors are often seen. Boils

Conjunctivitis
When the eyes feel sore or bruised, with inflammation and burning pain, or a feeling as if the eyes are being pulled back into the head, this remedy may be indicated. Yellow discharge can stick the eyelids shut, especially in the morning. Warm compresses, and warmth in general, often ease discomfort. Extreme sensitivity to cold, as well as to light and noise, is often seen. The person may be very irritable and touchy.
Ear infections
This remedy is indicated when an earache is very painful or infection is advanced (with a bulging eardrum or pus formation). Stabbing, sticking pains "like a splinter being driven in" are a likely indication. The person is very sensitive to everything, especially cold and drafts, and may feel extremely vulnerable and touchy.
Eczema
This remedy may be helpful to very sensitive, chilly people whose eczema is extremely sore and becomes infected easily. The skin, especially on the hands and feet, looks chapped and deeply cracked and is very slow to heal. The person usually feels vulnerable and irritable, with a low resistance to illness and infection.
Herpes simplex
Herpes sores that are very sensitive to touch and worse from any form of cold suggest a need for this remedy. A person who needs Hepar sulph is extremely sensitive to cold, and often has a low resistance to infection.
Infection
A person who needs this remedy feels extremely sensitive and vulnerable when ill, especially if exposed to cold or drafts. Ear infections, sore throats, sinusitis, bronchitis, and skin eruptions are often seen, and cheesy-smelling discharge or offensive pus may be produced. Areas of inflammation can be very sore and sensitive, and splinter-like pains are often felt (in the tonsils when swallowing, in a boil when the skin is touched, etc.).
Mouth ulcers
If a person develops painful mouth sores that become infected_with pus formation, extreme sensitivity, and aggravation from cold drinks - this remedy may be indicated. A person needing Hepar sulph often feels extremely chilly, vulnerable, and oversensitive.
Raynaud's disease
Individuals who need this remedy are extremely sensitive to drafts and cold, and often need to wear gloves and be warmly dressed, or even to stay indoors, to prevent unpleasant symptoms. People who need this remedy are often vulnerable in many ways, and can be very irritable and touchy.

Directions
Select the remedy that most closely matches the symptoms. In conditions where self-treatment is appropriate, unless otherwise directed by a physician, a lower potency (6X, 6C, 12X, 12C, 30X, or 30C) should be used. In addition, instructions for use are usually printed on the label.
Many homeopathic physicians suggest that remedies be used as follows: Take one dose and wait for a response. If improvement is seen, continue to wait and let the remedy work. If improvement lags significantly or has clearly stopped, another dose may be taken. The frequency of dosage varies with the condition and the individual. Sometimes a dose may be required several times an hour; other times a dose may be indicated several times a day; and in some situations, one dose per day (or less) can be sufficient.
If no response is seen within a reasonable amount of time, select a different remedy.
Take 3 pellets 3 times a day.
Homeopathic medicines are safe and remarkably free from side effects. Your condition, however may require special care, so please observe the following: Do not take this product for pain for more than 10 days(adults) or 5 days(children) unless directed by a doctor. Cautions

I have been battling an ongoing problem on the left side of my head for over 10 years. None of the seemingly correct treatments or homeopathics worked. The problem is clearing as we speak. My immune system had been weakened over time and could not push a latent infection to the surface. This 'hidden' problem is what caused my immune system to deteriorate. Many doctors have been unable to find the problem, let alone cure it. Hepar Sulph brought it to the surface. I had tried Silica for that purpose but it didn't bring it to a head. Thank goodness for Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum. Now I can prove to my doctor that I'm not nuts.....and if I was nuts, it was because they couldn't find the problem and I've been miserable for years!!!!

I have been using the product for a about 2 weeks now. I do occasionally become a blemish, but it seems to take less time to heal, and is not as severe as before.
I hope with continued use that the blemishes will stay away all together.
