However, so little is known about this particular herb that it is difficult to make any sort of rational assessment. There are no reports of serious toxicity, but that does not necessarily mean that this particular herb can be used safely by everyone.

As an herbal dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily, preferably with meals.
