Traditional Uses- Lowers LDL-cholesterol (low density lipoprotein) and triglycerides

Mode of Action
Alpha-Lipoic Acid is a fatty acid which performs two roles in the body:- Lowers "bad" (LDL) and raises "good" (HDL) cholesterol
- Red Rice Yeast contains the lipid-lowering agent, hydroxy-methyl-glutaryl coenzyme (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitor which are among the most effective agents for the reduction of LDL levels
- Guggul inhibits platelet aggregation which is another effect that may lower the risk of coronary artery disease
- May increase thermogenesis through stimulation of the thyroid, potentially resulting in weight loss

I can't take some of the prescription drugs for high cholesterol. Cholesterol Formula works great for me with no problems. Just try it!
