have been taking the pumpkin seed oil daily, along with oregano oil.
A friend of mine, who had bph, recommended I add oregano oil to the plan and that I would get great results. He stated he is completely rid of his straining while voiding and that it took under a year for
these dramatic results to take place.
I've noticed an improvement in the ease I have in voiding, already, and look forward to seeing my urologist in a couple of months with these findings. He may need to go job hunting if enough testimonies like these
