I found that many sites explained that PhosphatidylSerine was basically for older people who had begun to experience memory loss. I found a few sites that recommended it for ADD. Well I will tell you that this vitamin absolutely works for my 18 yr. old son. It is too bad I didn't find it until a year ago. He notices the difference when he does not take it. Our whole family is thankful for this alternative to prescription drugs. I recommend it to others whom I know are dealing with a child with ADD/ADHD.
