I just fractured my tibia and a nutritionist told me to use horsetail extract (capsules and tea). These were not available in my local store, and I was told that organic vegetal silica did the same thing. Any thoughts on this?

Organic Silica is extracted from the spring horsetail herb plant. So yes, you can use organic silica as a substitute for horsetail extract.
