I use large capsules and fill them with ginko powder. How many should I take a day? I believe that each capsule is about 600 mg. thanks. Ed

As I am not aware of the strength of the Ginkgo Biloba powder you are using, it is difficult for me to make a precise judgment as to what your daily dosage should be. I can tell you that we do carry many Ginkgo Biloba products and the general guideline for a 450 mg capsule is to take 1 capsule, 3 times daily with meals.
Ginkgo Biloba Powder - 50 mg &Nbsp; In a complex containing phosphatidylcholine.
This product contains no Artificial Preservatives, Color, Milk, Soya, Corn, Wheat or Yeast.
Cautions
No known toxicities: Rare cases of gastric upset or headaches have been reported.
