Currently, the best evidence suggests that valerianic acids are the major active components; therefore, the best Guaranteed Potency Valerian Root, is standardized according to these compounds (should contain 0.8% valerianic acid).

Take one to two tablets before bedtime. Do not exceed two tablets daily.
Passion Flower - used as a rest producing remedy in nervous, imtative pains, nervous headache and spasm.
Valerian Root - is recommended in all cases ot nervous debility and irritation. It promotes sleep. It is a strong nervine without any narcotic effects.
