What are the preservatives used for the storage and sale of bromelain enzyme (extracted from pineapple)?

Cellulose gum, calcium phosphate, and magnesium stearate are included as flow enhancers (during production), stabilizers, and preservatives. The FDA, however, includes them in their GRAS ("Generally Regarded As Safe") list. They list calcium phosphate as a "Nutrient and Dietary Supplement", and magnesium stearate and cellulose gum as "Miscellaneous" items.
