Directions
To prepare, pour one cup of boiling water over a tea bag and steep 10 minutes.
Individual needs for laxatives vary. Start with « - 1 cup of Herbal Laxative before bedtime. If needed, follow with 1-2 cups the next day.
- Do not use this or any laxative if abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present.
