Directions
To prepare, pour one cup of boiling water over a tea bag and allow to steep, covered, about 5 minutes.
Adults and children 12 years and older: Drink 2 cups at the first signs of discomfort, then 2 cups every 6-8 hours, not to exceed 8 cups in 24 hours.

Cautions
Do not exceed recommended dosage or take for more than 7 days except on the advice of a physician.
If nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Do not take this product if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland unless directed by a doctor.
Do not take if you are currently taking or have recently taken Monoamine Oxidase (MAO) inhibitor drugs.
