Excellent! 
I could not find the insoles again in SA and really NEED these insoles
as my feet are killing me. These insoles really help and relieve the
pain and discomfort. I could not stay on my feet for a whole day as by midday the pain wold force me to sit down and give my feet a rest. It was very frustrating when working around the house or walking when shopping. With the insoles it is a breeze - I do not know about any pain or discomfort and can walk and be on my feet for the whole day!!!!
It also softens the calloused thickened skin on the balls of my feet which helps to relieve and prevent the pain.
