Directions
Take All Greens on an empty stomach or 15 minutes before breakfast. Drink
6-8 glasses of water per day as an aid in cleansing.
To maximize freshness keep refrigerated after opening.
For adults and children 12 years old and up, use 12 capsules; children 6-12 years old use 8 capsules, and children under 6 years old use 4 capsules.
