Suggested use is one to two capsules daily, preferably taken with food.

Each capsule contains 400 IU of 100% pure research quality vitamin E (most vitamin E sold in stores is between 80% and 85% pure).
Cautions
This pure vitamin E can turn opaque and crystallize at cold temperatures. This does NOT affect product effectiveness.
