Each Capsule contains 150 mg of Kava Kava extract (Piper methysticum).
Standardized to contain 30% kavalactones.
Encapsulated in a gelatin capsule with vegatable grade magnesium stearate(lubricant).

Cautions
Although kava is very safe and virtually free of side effects and addictive properties, do not use in combination with alcohol, pharmaceutical sedatives or MAO inhibitors.
Pregnant or lactating women should use kava only under the supervision of their knowledgeable health professional.
