Suggested use of Osteo Plus is 4 tablets a day to be taken with meals, or as directed by a physician.

Ingredients
Webber Naturals Osteo Plus with vitamin D3 contains calcium and magnesium in the very absorbable citrate form and includes Vitamin D3, which is integral to calcium metabolism. We add vitamin C, manganese and silicon (from Horsetail) to complete the bone formula, as each nutrient works synergistically to enhance bone health.
Elemental Calcium (Citrate) - 250 mg
Elemental Magnesium (Oxide / Citrate) - 125 mg
Elemental Manganese (Citrate) - 2 mg
