QuestionHave taken melatonin (1.5 - 3.0 mg) almost every night the past 12 years and sailed through menopause with ease. Can only recommend it! And can only shake my head about its being unattainable in most European countries. The best and most beneficial sleeping potion around! Maybe that´s a little problem for te pharmacutical industry, being that it cannot be patented.
